Online workshop | Professional burnout

Understanding, identifying and preventing

Professional burnout is not simply work-related fatigue. It can develop gradually and affect our energy, our relationship with work, and our ability to cope with professional demands.

This workshop offers time to understand the mechanisms of burnout, recognize warning signs and think about concrete ways to prevent it, in an interactive and accessible format.

Friday, October 16, 2026 | Online | 1 hour 30 minutes | €15

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for anyone who wants to better understand professional burnout and the mechanisms related to work overload.

It may be particularly relevant for:

  • employees

  • freelancers and entrepreneurs

  • managers

  • professionals facing a heavy workload

  • people who want to better prevent burnout

  • people who are questioning their own level of fatigue or overload

You don't need to think you're experiencing burnout to participate.

The workshop can also be followed as part of a prevention and awareness-raising approach.

Why this workshop?

We can sometimes get used to operating under pressure, pushing our limits, or viewing exhaustion as a normal consequence of a busy professional period.

However, taking the time to observe what is happening allows us to better understand the mechanisms at work and to identify certain warning signs earlier.

This workshop offers a space to step back, understand and reflect, without seeking to make a diagnosis based on a few symptoms.

An interactive workshop

This workshop is not designed as a conference where you simply listen.

The presentation will alternate between theoretical input, questions, mini-quizzes, exercises and time for reflection.

In particular, you will be able to work on your own experience through exercises that allow you to identify what requires the most energy from you, what depends on you, and what is more related to your professional environment.

The goal is to leave with a clearer understanding of burnout and concrete ways to continue reflecting after the workshop.
