Refund Policy

Cancellation by the customer

Cancellation more than 24 hours before the session: full refund.
Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: no refund, except in cases of force majeure.

Cancellation by the practitioner

In case of cancellation on my part, the session will be rescheduled or fully refunded according to your choice.

Procedure

For any refund request, please send an email to psyinessellami@gmail.com indicating your contact details and the date of the session.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
